Jerry Gentry originally started GHC in 1983 and has experienced many different areas of the building process.  In the beginning, started out as Gentry Home Improvements, a remodeling company.  He worked for seven years alone and then decided to give a partnership revolving around commercial and residential building a try.  From 1990-2002, they built anything from custom homes, bank buildings, to hunting loges.  In 2002, Jerry decided he would go back being a solo contractor and began to work on mostly custom homes. 

 

            Gentry Homes Construction works a little different then most construction companies.  Instead of having many employees, Jerry has experienced subcontractors who he knows and trusts that help assure the job is done correctly and efficiently.  This allows for less error and more dependability.
